FAQs > How do I deposit crypto in my C3 account?
You must be logged in with your connected wallet to deposit. You can make deposits from the Trading and Account Overview screens.
From the Trading screen: select the “Deposit” button at the bottom right of your trading screen.
In Account Overview: select the “Deposit” button at the top right of the screen.
Now, here’s a step-by-step on how to deposit crypto:
1) First, select which asset you want to deposit.
2) Then, choose your network. C3 will auto-select your network depending on the transaction.
3) By default we’ll suggest your Log in wallet, unless your wallet doesn’t match the type of crypto you have selected. If you need a different wallet to match your selected crypto, you will need to select “Use another wallet”.
4) Then choose the amount you want to deposit, and select “Deposit”.
5) After that, you’ll see a notification from C3 asking you to confirm in your wallet. Once you’ve confirmed, you’ll receive a C3 notification that your deposit is processing.
6) After the deposit is successful, you’ll get a final notification confirming everything’s completed.
